Static vs dynamic QR codes

Static: the URL, WIFI string, or vCard is inside the image. No account. No scan log at the generator. The code works if the generator site disappears.

Dynamic: the image points at the generator’s short domain. They can edit the destination and count scans. That requires their servers, their terms, and usually an account.

BrixQR does not offer dynamic codes. If you need to change a printed link later, a static generator is the wrong tool.
